Administrative Clerk

 
1.Job Description

Various administrative tasks, including:

(1) Secretarial work
(2)Logistical support for major events
(3)Preparation for cultural events
(4)Administrative tasks for staff of the Mission

2.Requirements
(1)Swiss nationality or a person with a Swiss residence and work permit
(2)Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and French

(3) English language ability preferred
(4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
 

3.Working Hours
(1)9:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (including one-hour lunch break)
(2)Weekends and official holidays off (subject to the Mission’s closure schedule)
 

4.Contract Period

 From 1 December 2026
