The Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Geneva is recruiting an administrative staff member with the following details:
 
1 Job Description
(1) Accounting and bookkeeping related work
(2) Other administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry
 
2 Requirements
(1) Swiss nationality, or a person with a Swiss residence and work permit
(2) Ability to work in French and English, as well as Japanese
(3) No problems with computer operation skills
(4) Knowledge of accounting, general affairs, and personnel management is preferred
 
3 Working Hours
(1) 8:30 - 17:15 (including a 1-hour break)
(2) Weekends and public holidays off (subject to the Mission's closure schedule)
 
4 Expected Start Date
November 1, 2025
