Exchange of Documents concerning support to the United Nations Global Crisis Response Group (GCRG) through UNCTAD (28 March 2024)

On 28 March 2024, Ambassador Oike held an official ceremony to exchange documents with Ms. Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary General of the UNCTAD, regarding Japan’s contribution to the UN Global Crisis Response Group (GCRG) through UNCTAD.
The Government of Japan, through UNCTAD, will support the activities of the GCRG, including emergency responses to address food and energy insecurity, and financial crises caused by Russia's continued aggression against Ukraine.
