is seeking an Administrative Staff
 
The Permanent Mission of Japan to the International Organizations in Geneva is seeking to recruit an administrative staff member with the following details.

1.Job Description
(1) Vehicle dispatch coordination and fleet operation management for official vehicles
(2) Assistance with other administrative duties

2.Requirements
(1) Swiss nationality or a person with a Swiss residence and work permit
(2) Ability to work in Japanese ; knowledge of French or English is desirable
(3) Basic computer skills
(4) Prior experience in general administrative work is desirable

3.Working Hours
(1) 9:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (including one-hour lunch break)
(2) Weekends and official holidays off (subject to the Mission’s closure schedule)

4.Contract Period
From 1 July 2026 to 5 November 2026 (possibility of extension)
