World Peace Art Exhibition 2018 (September 12-24, 2018)

 The World Peace Art Exhibition 2018 will be held at the United Nations Office at Geneva from Wednesday 12 September to Monday 24 September. This two-part exhibition will feature approximately 250 works by artists from all around Japan on the theme of “A Wish for Peace through Art.” An opening ceremony will also be held at the exhibition venue on Wednesday 19 September from 14:00.


 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. In this centenary year, we invite you to come and see how the exhibiting artists have expressed their wish for peace in the contemporary world.


1. Exhibition dates

 1) Exhibition A: Wednesday 12 September to Monday 17 September

 2) Exhibition B: Wednesday 19 September to Monday 24 September

  *The opening ceremony will be held from 14:00 on Wednesday 19 September

  *The exhibition will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays; the exhibits will be changed

  between exhibitions A and B

2. Opening times: 9:00–17:00

3. Venue: Salle des Pas Perdus, United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG)

4. Entry is free of charge

5. Admission to the United Nations: Invitees without a UN grounds pass are required to register through UNOG’s Indico system, which you can access using the following link.
