On March 14, on the occasion of the 86th Geneva Motorshow, H.E. Ambassador Ihara hosted a reception at his residence mainly to promote the Japanese car companies participating in the Motorshow. 112 guests including ambassadors, diplomats and officials of International organizations participated in the event, where 21 cars were displayed and 18 of which were available for a test drive including an electric vehicle and hybrid vehicles. Furthermore, a short film showing the recovery and reconstruction situation in Fukushima was aired on video and three Japanese companies presented their services and products including original food which could be tasted during the event.
